The “2013 St Johns River Blues Festival”, sponsored by The St Johns River Blues Festival, Inc., a Not For Profit organization with the goal to provide scholarship funds for fine arts students of Putnam county, 714 St Johns Ave, Palatka, Florida, is seeking Competition Blues Bands for a two day festival and competition.
